Want to see if your ISP is providing the service they promised and don’t care about “scientific methodology?” Use speedtest-easy!

This was a project meant to get me back into the coding game, to play around with Docker, to try releasing something as open source, etc, etc. Mission accomplished! I hope it is as useful for others as it is for me.

There is a lot of work that could be done to this, but for now I am going to put it aside. Contributions are very welcome. I plan to post a few issues for the obvious next steps.
